THE EQAC SECRETARY
The EQAC Secretary will coordinate all issues, questions and processes related to EQAC accreditation, validation diplomas, ECTS course certificates, Doctor of Excellence, permanent quality control and feedback, contact with commission members, and the required fees.

PAYMENT OF FEES & APPLICATION FORMS
The required fees for any of the services offered may be paid through credit card (download and send the Validation Order Form), bank check sent to the EQAC address, or online payment (use our Paypal secure module).
Here is a detailed summary of the fees approved by the Commission:
ACCREDITATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
- Accreditation Fee: 1300 Euros (First time accreditation)
- Re-Accreditation Fee: 700 Euros (Accreditation review)
- Yearly Accreditation Maintenance Fee: 200 Euros per year
EQAC VALIDATION SERVICES
- ECTS Course Certificate: 270 Euros per certificate (includes evaluation and diploma)
- ECTS Course Re-Evaluation: 90 Euros (in case the first evaluation failed)
PERMANENT QUALITY CONTROL
The EQAC welcomes complains, questions, suggestions and comments related to any accredited member institution. Comments received are confidential but they may be used for the improvement of the institution and to monitor that the EQAC standards are respected. Comments authorship is strictly confidential.
